Meet Our Team

Christina Granados combines over seven years of expertise in project management with a strong background in startup operations and technology training. Her career began at a makerspace, where she led operations and facilitated programs that helped entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses. Christina has organized numerous events and training programs aimed at community growth and supporting at-risk individuals. She believes deeply in the power of community and has a passion for teaching people what’s possible, actively fostering connections and inspiring local entrepreneurs.

Alan Ware is an accomplished technical instructor and mentor with extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing. As an Adjunct Faculty at Folsom Lake College, he teaches CAD/CAM programming and 3D design for additive manufacturing. He founded AMW Design in 2015, offering services in CAD modeling, prototype design, and manufacturing consulting. Alan has worked with a diverse range of individuals, including children, college students, and at-risk populations, helping them develop essential technical skills for today's workforce. His expertise supports entrepreneurs in enhancing their technical capabilities and achieving success in the tech and design industries.
