  • The Tomorrow's Innovators: Design & Tech Accelerator is a 10-week program designed to empower BIPOC and underserved communities in Sacramento. Participants will gain hands-on experience in business strategy, product development, and the creative economy, with a specific focus on 3D printing, design thinking, and learning how to use Fusion 360, a 3D modeling software. While the program focuses on these communities, anyone is welcome to apply. Applicants must reside or have a business address within the Sacramento city limits.

  • The program aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to launch their own businesses or secure employment in creative industries. Through mentorship, open office hours, and networking events, participants will connect with Sacramento's dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem. Upon completing the program, participants will receive a 3D printer and a one-year membership to Fusion 360.

What is the Tomorrow's Innovators Accelerator?

How long is the program?

The program runs for 10 weeks. Each cohort meets once a week in person for two hours per session

When and where do the sessions take place?

Sessions will be held once a week for two hours at Aggie Square, a state-of-the-art innovation hub in Sacramento. You will receive more details on the schedule upon acceptance into the program. Aggie Square is located on Stockton Blvd in Sacramento, CA 95817

Is there a cost to participate?

No, the program is free to all participants, thanks to the city of Sacramento.

When does the program start?

The program starts on Friday March 28 at 5:30pm to 7:30pm in person. The deadline to apply is March 14.
